I have health anxiety and I’m tapering off benzodiazapine so I’m in fight or flight easily with symptoms. I have been able to ignore many of my symptoms since embracing TMS, but now I find I have more anxiety. Can anxiety be a TMS symptom.

Marcia, Dr. Schubiner talks a lot about a conditioned response; the brain learns that’s something is dangerous but it really isn’t. For instance, sitting is not actually harmful to your pelvis but your brain has a learned response to that. I believe they talk about that in the documentary too.
