This is a question generally aimed to Rafael. I was wondering, when you're working on projects, how much of it is dealing with finances. Would you say it's one of the primary things being discussed during project development, or are you more so focused on how the programs will work?

What is your interaction with politics/politicians on a daily basis? Is it difficult to maintain political neutrality while your work is so closely tied to politics/politicians?
