We applied for the EIDL on March 20 with no update besides in Review...any idea on when this will happen. Also applied for the immediate $10000 - I think twice now as they asked me to do on the SBA website...status on these funds? Also, waiting on my bank to give me update on our PPP - gave all info to them on Friday...what are you seeing there. Thanks.
Merissa Davis - Clementine

All panelists AND attendees please for questions!
John Main
54:07
Where can we get details on the FTE requirements regarding PPP forgiveness?
John Brogan
56:18
Is a sole proprietor that takes dispersements able to apply for the PPP?
Robin McDonald
58:02
we applied on Friday and notified on Sunday that we were approved. Our bank did however exclude our benefit costs so we have been shorted what we were actually eligible for. which is pretty significant. I assume there is nothing we can do about that?
Holly
01:03:24
It was stated that the PPP and EIDL can't be used for the same thing; however, if we use EIDL after the PPP is used for payroll - then can we use the EIDL for payroll after June 30?
Robin McDonald
01:04:55
Will you address at some point the payroll tax deferment or is that an actual thing at this point?
Sally Macaulay
01:06:24
We only have 8 weeks to spend this? That doesn't make sense.
Lester E Crowell Jr
01:07:13
With the 8 week period after receiving the loan being looked at concerning the amount to be forgiven, shouldn’t we be very aware of the timing of our PPP loan and when our business begins work again?

Like others have mentioned before, I applied for EIDL after the last webinar. I received a confirmation number, but no communication since. When visiting the https://disasterloan.sba.gov/ela/ site, and choosing "Check Application Status" I was prompted for a new set of login criteria (I was not prompted for that last week). After following those prompts and setting up user account, it only prompts me to apply - there is no way to check status on previous application. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

How are employees in the restaurant industry counted who have made, or have had their parents make the choice to avoid exposure and take a leave of absence instead of working? Employees are still "on payroll" and have a guaranteed job when they choose to return.

My business opened to the public in January 2020. Am I eligible for PPP?
David Kapper
01:30:40
I just saw this notice on my bank's website: "Starting today, with the issuance of the final rule, borrowers cannot apply for both an Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) and a PPP loan:"
Jim Stevens

Who is considered the “Owner” for a nonprofit? Do you say for example the chairman is 100% owner?
Cheryl Draa Moran

What if we already applied for both?
