41:47
I’m pretty new here, Sept 19 but pay $25.57 to republic. is there another contract that i should be under with IH?

42:28
thanks for the update. thanks for the time and effort put into that

42:50
thank you for your work on this.

42:58
okay, thanks for your efforts on this

53:38
is all the special assessment money gone

54:10
what is the deal with phase 18

55:18
the plaintiffs were also awarded free stickers to the gate is this just this year or forever?

01:01:58
How many plaintiff lots were in the law suit?

01:02:52
thanks, I appreciate the response.

01:03:59
are steps being taken to alleviate the bottleneck at the front gate when people are trying to get through the left side?

01:05:12
Thankyou for your efforts. what do you see as the future for IH with the lawsuit now settled?

01:06:07
one thing that we heard about Waste Connections was that they might do more bulk pickup including brush. will Republic do that now? will they do more dumpsters too?

01:08:31
If phases that have not voted or agreed restrictions don't obtain enough signatures, how does that affect the remaining phases in IH?

01:08:41
we should not reward bad behavior by forgiving any additional assessments

01:08:45
if the non-plaintiffs are in a grey area for assessments then what was the payment plan for?

01:09:05
For Republic, what was the charge for a 2nd bin?

01:09:40
Thank you for all you’re doing for IH!

01:10:06
when do you anticipate finalizing the remaining deed restrictions?

01:17:39
if the non-plaintiffs are in a grey area for assessments then what was the payment plan for?

01:17:58
Agreed!!! Thank you BOD!

01:20:18
I remember all of those things. My parents had property here when it was brand new. I was a teenager, and loved coming down here!

01:21:23
phase 18 signatures and amendment is legal and binding. Every effort taken to insure valid signatures were obtained that match tax records.

01:25:30
would a jet ski fit in the small boat slips? and what’s the monthly cost to have one?

01:26:46
yes and $100 a month for the smaller slips

01:26:56
All such great ideas that would benefit all of us in the Harbor!

01:27:04
oh. thank you!!

01:34:20
Sorry I'm late

01:34:37
Just a note...it's important to realize that certain things were agreed to in court, and are on the record. That's what's important. land those items need to be completed in good faith. Once those core issues are carried out, there is plenty of room for support from my viewpoint in the future with the votes that I will have...but, Denise's characterization is not quite fully in sync with the issues that were agreed to in the settlement. Access and egress for all owners is paramount, as well as a zero-balancing of all of my accounts. Those were hard items agreed to and there were others. I think now is a time where many must be patient as the ink dries and the dust settles.

01:34:49
Thank you for doing this meeting tonight! Very helpful.

01:36:35
I want to reiterate Rex's statement above.......Just a note...it's important to realize that certain things were agreed to in court, and are on the record. That's what's important. land those items need to be completed in good faith. When you scan your DL, everything about you is available. Your banking information, security clearance, criminal records, credit reports, everything.

01:41:40
I think IH will move forward and it will take some time, but they will become more viable. Now is a time of building trust. If IH carries out their part of the agreement, there will be room for lots of improvement, and I will be supportive of that to the best of my ability. But we must be patient and let the ink dry on this settlement with the specifics that we all agreed to. Of utmost concern is un-restricted access for owners to their home, ie., property.

01:41:42
besides the fact it violates our 4th amendment right

01:43:28
was a traffic study done prior to implementation?

01:44:23
I have been supportive of IH for almost 25 years. As Denise said, up until the lawsuit, I faithfully paid dues, often in excess of $60000 annually. Again, now is a time to be patient, and move ahead with respect for one another. There are many owners who still feel disrespected...we need to all work toward being kinder.

01:45:00
Thanks for sharing what you can to clear up questions

01:45:07
the gate problems belong to the board. you may not force your will on people. the truth is not What is being told here. I am not surprised that the board will take no responsibility for things they did on their own accord. the will come out.

01:48:25
could you employee a guard for those holidays days

01:49:49
plexiglass cover?

01:49:58
Referencing gate access...a simply keypad could possibly be an alternative and would probably remove access problems. The code could be changed periodically, so that if owners "hand out" the code to too many pizza drivers, etc., it can still limit access...I use these at several airports for access

01:53:58
great meeting- thanks to everyone

01:54:08
That’s a possibility that could work, Rex. I know it would be easier for my parents who come to visit, than trying to get the ID in a slot with my dad’s arthritis.

01:54:14
Thank you for all your time!

01:54:29
...and the lake doesn’t dry up 😜

01:54:42
Awesome job Denise!!!
