Thrive Talks 8 | The Pandemic Effect : Women And Work - Speaker view
Who can see your viewing activity?
Hi -- Good afternoon All
clearly the responsibility of care-giving squarely landed on women
isn't it unfortunate that taking a break from a job has an impact on the career especially for women. Is it the same for men or harder for women?
@Shreyasi - So well said!!
research says that the gig economy is the future of the workplace. I am hoping that this shift will work in favour of women...making it more gender agnostic
@Shachi - What you just said is so very right - But our people across board need to keep acquiring new skills/knowledge and keep abrest of whats happening
and that point directly correlates to the point of staying relevant
@Aditi - True
@Shreyasi - Superb
Absolutely - I think the art of conversation is something which is useful to begin a great connection which you can build over a period.
Well said - John Maxwell's book Today matters offers some fantastic tips to build relationships
@ Shachi- Totally agree that each of us must take charge of developing our own skills.
@Shachi -- thank you for sharing super insights - many areas we tend to bypass most times.
@Shreyasi - Thank you for organizing this wonderful session - makes us understand better from the other side of the fence.
Thank You everyone for being a part of Thrive Talks, we look forward to seeing you at the next session!-Team Harappa
