Dear Ute,Thanks for the very helpful and inspiring talk. Nevertheless, a lot of people and companies, like mine, were not prepared for this situation. The majority of SMEs do not have a proper BCP, poor leadership or not very strong management staff. Are you saying but we, falling in this category of cpny, are doom ?
Question: Is it right for a leader to reduce transparency in order to avoid conflict during crisis and only share the information to the smaller experienced team?
