I have carbohydrate compulsions close to bedtime. I need chocolate. Once my brain has the chocolate, I MUST have a second dose, Then i MUST have a 3rd dose. Brains are susceptible to sugar loads, until it make you feel sick. The challenge is not having the first dose.
