We have a quote in our kitchen from LAW (Leigh Ann Wolfe) “You do not have permission to feel guilty about your food choices. Own them.”
It also helps remind us that hunger is not an emergency.
I have to force myself to eat when I'm stressed
It literally tastes bad and I have no desire for it when I'm in high stress, but I'm aware of it, so then I plan out my eating
I think my cats eat to eat tho. haha
I'm definitely drinking more these days...
I set rules for myself, too, regarding alcohol. I live alone, but I don't drink alone, so that has been a helpful rule of thumb during stressful times

I have carbohydrate compulsions close to bedtime. I need chocolate. Once my brain has the chocolate, I MUST have a second dose, Then i MUST have a 3rd dose. Brains are susceptible to sugar loads, until it make you feel sick. The challenge is not having the first dose.
