I would like to understand what the District is required to provide. If my child has music at school can I hire a virtual musical teacher to provide that service.

What is an individual has to be quarantined in another location due to COVID-19 and are providing services in a location with a different NPI number - how will that impact billing..

Are related services given as a consulting/ activitiy session counting (not teletherapy per se)as a session for an IEP mandate?

what would be the guidance for OT related service for a child that has emotional regulation issues? I was given a packet which cannot address these issues via paper and my district is not offering teleservice.

SLP here- Teletherapy for Speech-Language Therapy services has not been approved by legislature yet for us to provide.

Can you please speak to (1) legal issues related to providing instruction via an online platform like Zoom? Also curious about (2) legal issues related to using packets with some students but online instruction with others (due to access to internet/computers) and (3) documentation recommended to show "good faith" effort is being made.

are there policies in place to protect group home residents from visitors and non-essential staff? For our group home residents that cannot social distance, shouldn't providers be very strict about limiting group homes to only nurses and direct care staff?

The special needs child has no one but her mother the courts and law guardians won't let parent talk to child they won't answer the phone any recommendations what this parent can do the child doesn't talk she is 14

On the topic of guardianship, what is the status of applications that have been submitted to the court? Are these cases being moved along? Are there timing concerns (do the applications time-out?) or have those guidelines been relaxed?

Can I suggest that maybe take all of these questions and assemble something with responses to post online once you can answer thoroughly? Then for the next webinar, schedule another Q&A but mandate questions to be submitted ahead of time. Also, there should also be a way to have questions submitted separately (privately)/directed offline so that they aren't overwhelming in this chat feature.

Maybe even open it up for people to submit all their questions to the firm and then compile an FAQ so that you don't get bombarded with all these questions? Just a suggestion ...

Are group home obliged to have personal protective equipment on hand in case of exposure? what if client or staff exposed or positive and stays in the home?

Are related services actually happening and how? Why can they not conduct virtual face to face like teachers?

What is the law when it comes to staff being tested positive two, three, four, or more days after providing the service - what is the timeframe of the other staff and residents to be tested?

are developmental centers and intermediate care facilities considered medical facilities? If so, are they bound to follow CDC and CMS recommendations for long-term care and nursing homes?

What if, in a day school setting, some students live on campus and some don't. What happens when you can't provide the same types of educational services to both? e.g., Zoom instruction for students living in residence vs. packets for students at home (due to lack of rescoures)?
