No, it was an older stamp, I just recently had a corrected made, but it had my cert mail account number from my BC return to Mnuchin and ss w/o dashes. I never heard any5thing back. I just recently filed the 1099a for legal estate and mortguage.

Mike, great question, what makes a contract made to repay a loan to City Bank, different then a contract to John Smith, to pay a mtg, in exchange for transfering his deed into my name. Overshadowing that, as I understand it , the property still have an overall primary encumberance, to the State, the Crown....., FDR gave the bankers a primary place on all our property, until the ownership status get corrected. Anna has a letter on that correction but I have not reviewed it.

Just what I said, I recieved a snail mail letter about the National Credit. I replied back by snail mail.

Chris, we will have to wait until we find out about getting refunds from IRS for illegal taxes.

BTW, Anna has said, it is NOT a good idea to buy ANY real estate now, and for the foreseeable future. We own everything anyway.

@Mike Turner, once you have your paperwork recorded, you are NOT subject to corporate rules/regulations! Period!

SEDM has a process for erroneously paid taxes. I sent in 2016 and it was signed for 7-23-2019 I am going to call The IRS monday 8-12 for an update. That will allow the IRS 3 weeks. The IRS website says allow 3 weeks to process.
