I've been going to the Ymca for 17 years. Right after I quit smoking. I go to their classes. I tried every single class at a minimum of 3 times to see what I liked. I take different classes 5 days a week now. I just slowly moved up in what I could do, I modified a ton, then I moved from 3 days a week to 5 days a week. I still do what I can. I can't always stay at 100% with the 20/30 year olds.

Hello Andrew! What's your viewpoint on protein, vitamin, and supplement intake? There are so many vitamins, protein powders, and pre-workouts, etc.. to choose from, which can be overwhelming. Any suggestions?

I would recommend to schedule exercise in your calendar so its something you just do. Motivation just didn't stick for me. But if I literally had it on my calendar and I left work and went, then I didn't try to find a way out of going.
