Were you able to fit the cell growth data with zero a_{12} and 1{21}? I was surprised by the positive sign of interaction term. I expected a negative sign. Why there must a discount effect?

May I ask about the mapping between imaging phenotypes and cellular phenotypes? I have seen CT imaging features correlated with treatment response, but those are higher order features.

In the diffusion reaction model, you have non-linear diffusion terms. Is it to model the spatial exclusion process, i.e., tumors grow into a vessel-free space and vessels grow in tumor-free space? Why such exclusion is important to you?
