02:23:36
If districts/BOCES had the Syncplicity folder to begin collecting evidence in the spring before they will be monitored, they could collect evidence as they plan and expend the funds rather than after the fact.

02:24:16
Just a thought.

02:25:08
That would be extremely helpful, thanks for considering!

02:25:19
With the exception of perhaps the financial records as that would need to be through the end of the fiscal year.

02:25:30
Is this for ESSER I?

02:25:54
oh, sorry, I meant the monitoring schedule...

02:26:03
Yes, I'm thinking non-public consultations and other programmatic activities such as PD.

02:26:14
thanks!

02:26:24
Evidence of Parent Engagement.

02:26:25
It is for all the ESSER programs

02:27:54
Please note that if your authorized representative has changed, the new authorized representative needs to be entered into the application in order for notifications to go to the correct/current contact.

02:28:02
If we are being monitored for ESEA for 2021-2022, would we have already have received the letter?

02:28:35
Program Requirements: https://www.cde.state.co.us/fedprograms/2020essaprogramrequirements

02:28:50
Yes, Alesa. That letter was sent in June 2021. Please email me if you do not have this information. Crumley_k@cde.state.co.us

02:28:50
Yes you would have received the letter

02:29:06
@Alesa, yes, you would have received it in June 2021. You would also be listed on the monitoring schedule (posted above).

02:30:46
Oh! That's very helpful!

02:41:08
Are you going to send this sample submission out or include it in the RNM materials so we can reference it if needed?

02:41:52
Note these samples are specific to the ID9.1 indicator

02:42:13
The link to the sample is included in the ppt.

02:44:37
GL=General Ledger

02:45:02
Are you picking the 30% of invoices from the GL & telling us what to submit?

02:45:15
What is the best way to document fiscal procedures?

02:47:37
beyond finance policy, I've submitted emails as an example. Would that work?

02:48:15
What evidence would you like for an Interventionist on a salary? what about an interventionist paid on a time card?

02:48:31
Perfect! Thank you!

02:49:39
2/24

02:49:40
February 24th

02:53:47
As a quick follow up, you could think of the documented fiscal procedures as a desk manual that describes the steps used to perform processes like procurement, time and effort, tracking of property and equipment, etc. The process descriptions should include things like internal controls and required documentation (such as purchase requisitions or purchase orders, time and effort reports, etc.). As Bill mentioned, your accounting/fiscal departments can typically provide these process documents.

02:57:30
Does a board have to separately approve the consolidated plan or esser plans?

02:57:44
Beyond approving the budget/amended budget?

Thank you!

03:04:56
Thank you so much -- love the idea of the recorded training on each indicator!

03:04:58
thank you!

03:05:01
Thank you.

03:05:06
Thanks!

03:05:08
Thanks for the learning opportunity!
