01:14:32
Hi, will you or Phil Lakin post a link to the recording of this meeting so that people who aren't on this live call will be able to watch it?
Larry
01:50:28
Larry: I reside in Southern Pointe. What is the distance between the new retaining wall and our neighborhood?
Doug Helt - Lead Transportation Engineer COT
01:51:50
Larry, the retaining walls are generally located along the Right of Way lines.
mccorb
01:57:20
Brian: During the 4 month closure of phase 2, will mon local traffic be able to turn into 81 and Toledo and then onto Urbana to avoid the closure? If so will any steps be take to control traffic thru the neighborhood?
Bill Mauerman
02:02:24
Bill Mauerman, Brookwood II: 1) Will we lose water service during project? 2) When will 85th St into Brookwood II close? 3) Is it still true that it will take longer to restore electric service to Brookwood during project? For what duration of the project?
John
02:03:06
John Mosher: Will there be any work on 81st and/or 91st between Harvard and Sheridan during this project?
Mark Vee
02:03:16
Mark: the city currently owns two lots in brookwood 2 that were purchased due to flooding/ drainage issues (in addition to the two for the new entrance). will the city be selling these lots after the project is over? these are on vandalia, roughly behind the “grove.”
Jennifer Carroll
02:03:17
Chris: What disruption to water service can be expected in the neighborhoods?
Mike Wallace
02:04:27
Mike Wallace: Is the plan to still provide theHOA’s an opportunity to have input on the pattern and color of the decorative walls?
Frank1310US
02:04:42
Frank, the landscaping is wonderful. Is it irrigated?
BobR
02:04:47
Bob R: Mr. Lakin mentioned 11 foot lanes but typical section shows 12 and 13 foot lanes. So is it the narrow 11 lanes or wider 12-13 foot lanes?
Lisa Kipp
02:04:48
Lisa Kipp: from Southern Pointe there are two main access points to the South and East - Hudson at 91st and E86th st and Sheridan. Both are very difficult for a turn now, especially left turn. With additional traffic trying to access both plus the heavy diverted traffic, what will you do so we can get out of our neighborhood?
Kari Taylor
02:04:49
Lauren: If the project goes over budget will landscaping be affected? Who maintains and waters the landscaping? My biggest concern is that it will look like 71St between Harvard and Yale, which used to be beautiful and now is a concrete jungle with sad looking trees
Treasa Ellis
02:05:12
Treasa Ellis, Southern Point: with the expansion of lanes, what and Southern Pointe residents expect in terms of turning left on Yale?
Dale Astle
02:09:06
Dale Astle: will there be a center turn lane?
Darrell Pursell
02:14:25
How much will crest of hill be lowered?
Darrell Pursell
02:15:04
what is total width of new roadway vs current road?
Bill Mauerman
02:17:19
Sorry, let me clarify. I was told at a previous meeting with either Doug or Phil that it would take longer to restore electric service during power outages during storms because power could only come in to the neighborhood one way during construction versus the way it is now. I was wondering if this would be true for the full 2 years of the project or only part of it, as we already have long outages in the neighborhood under the current configuration (one 6 hour, one 9 hour in the past year). If you could find out from PSO and let us know somehow would be appreciated.

02:18:44
Is there an “elevation” drawing of the change vertically that will be different. i.e Had understood that the top/peak of the hill would be lower and the entrances or bottoms of the hill wild be a bit higher to ultimately reduce the “hump” of the entire hill.
John
02:20:53
John Mosher Brookwood: Is there a web site where we can track the progress of this project over time?
Mike Wallace
02:22:41
Mike Wallace: Please confirm that theexisting decorative curved brick walls on each side of the entry into Canyon Creek will remain as is.
Kari Taylor

John
02:41:38
John Mosher Brookwood: Will a recording of this Zoom call be available after the call? Perhaps on the South Tulsa Road site?
Larry
02:41:41
how will the entrance to southern point be affected
Bill Mauerman
02:41:42
Thanks to all of you for taking the time to answer our questions
Larry
02:44:48
Larry; Southern Pointe. There was an overlay a bit ago that looked like homes would be removed. Is this correct?
Jennifer Carroll
02:44:50
Good work team! Very nice presentation! I’m much less worried about the closures now. :)
Phil Lakin, Jr.
