Are higher appraisals applicable to MF rental units? That is, can it be demonstrated to building owner that value of building increases with efficiency/electrification, etc?

So this assumes the solar is something the buyer would buy.

How about comparable energy bill? As a buyer I don't care what these people used to pay - that's their problem not mine. I care what they pay relative to what the other houses I'm looking at, or even the market in general...

Are there existing appraisal companies (appraisers) that are currently incorporating HP in their reports?

FE: If the average is $250 a month, the fact they're saving $400 is irrelevant to me. It means they bought a worse than average house - again, their problem.

I notice that in the post pictures, plantings have been reduced or removed. Is this change necessary? Here we have lots of trees.

The $250 that they're saving against the average seems like what a bank and a buyer would value...

Audio quality via mobile telephone call in my car was pretty bad, only understood every other word. Audio quality via web at work is a lot better, but still oddly muffled.

In a zero energy house, do you think the value is represented by what the house used to use or in the comparable, what the average similar house would use?

Are the calculator tools inclusive of evaluating solar + battery storage and smart inverters now in the valuation/appraisal?--i.e. how is resiliency (ability to island in case of PSPS ) appraised?

In the absence of data available from the home owner, where would a Realtor or Appraiser be able to get information on the energy use / energy upgrades that a home went through? Who, other than the home owner, should record energy updates so that it can be insured documentation is actually happening?

How many years does the conversion cost recuperation take?

High performance buildings are a risk mitigation approach (against climate change, volatile utility costs, etc.) - how is this captured in an appraisal?
