Thank you for the nod! It has taken multiple years to get to this point. I also review every evaluation as the Vice-President and provide feedback in support of the other management levels, but also personalized to my thoughts and feedbacks. It is incredible the feedback I receive from adjuncts - they appreciate the time, attention and communication. They have the same excellence goals as our full-time members!

@Joe - could you please reshare your comment with "All panelists and attendees" so that everyone can see/benefit?

What a great point! We had quite the internal reckoning when I pushed ALL of our courses to detail more information with respect to credit hour compliance. Previously, it'd just been scrutinizing online to know what's happening since students aren't sitting in a seat. But, in fairness, it's not fair to count butts in seats as "direct instruction" - especially if faculty regularly students go early/don't meet the full time scheduled, or don't fully use time in class for instruction. SO important, as we think about quality of teaching and learning, that we apply our approaches across modalities!
