Hi Sally - I am a solicitor working for Western Sydney Community Legal Centre and I run a domestic violence response program for CALD male victims/perpetrators.

38:16
Do you have an example of being respectful to a CAL client who has a culture that allows for violence, how do you manage that?

46:34
An excellent presentation. Thanks Philip. Really helpful.

50:22
Hi James, would you have any more detailed/specific info on the AVO conditions?

52:15
Will the slides be provided?

52:48
Yes, I will send out the slides by email later today

01:01:48
Hi Phillip - if MBCP are not deisgned for men who do not want to be accountable / have anger issues, where should they start?

01:02:24
Is there any longer term follow up, say about 2 years later to see how the perpetrator has been following completion of the program? And what are the stats on the numbers who commence the program who complete the program or fail to complete the program

01:05:44
Hi Phillip - In relation to Claire's question about follow up terms. Is it right that there is no way to assess whether men's behaviour has changed, or is it that we just need funding / backing to do so?

01:09:01
Are MBCP run in prisons ? involuntary ?

01:09:37
I had a client who needed to do the MBCP and because hw was not acknowledging the issue, was not eligible and had to miss the one round intake. He had to do the CHANGE program to be eligible, Is this correct?
