You want the BC authenticated, NOT an apostille.

yes im aware of that, and grasp it. the cali form header states, authentced/apostille on it. can i use that form as long as i make sure its in a none hugue convention location??

Countries that are signers on the Hague Conventions use apostilles to verify genuine documents passing between themselves. You want to pick a NON Hague Convention Country.....

I’ve been speaking to land surveyors today and they can’t figure out why I’m wanting metes and bounds & they’re telling me I won’t be able to record it.

When the land is subdivided, metes and bounds descriptions go away, so surveyors only use lot descriptions

I know of someone in Kansas who has gotten copies of oaths of office of certain officials in his area, and signed and accepted those oaths of office, and has gotten officials OUT of office for breaking their oath!

So it has knowledge, even though recording is evidence, you want the living person to know he is on the hook
