57:41
Will these slides be available for us to download

58:07
Brian - that is one of the most important questions that anyone could ask! Let's talk about it when Sean is done with this point he is making now.

58:11
I am a drug and alcohol counselor and have notice an increase of individuals who come into treatment wanting to get into a MAT program to replace on high for another. Have there been any concerns involving that issue?

I have heard that these pills are easy to obtain from social media, is there anything parents or administrators should be looking for?

01:00:32
is there a school-friendly training, though? one for educators, one for parents, one for students at varied ages?

01:00:58
👍

01:01:00
Im here representing the Hillsboro School District, I’m a current Health Navigator and I will be passing out this information to all of our schools

01:01:26
Has to start in school systems to make a difference!

01:01:31
Job Corps is a great place for the students to get this information as well as the schools they partner with.

01:02:28

Are there any current partnerships with ecommerce websites to prevent the marketing of fake pills on their website? How can we engage these ecommerce websites and what efforts are being made.

01:13:40
Good morning everyone. I currently work for the state of Arizona but prior to this current position as a behavioral health advocate, I was a serious mental illness and addiction case manager. I have observed the huge issue with addiction including my only daughter of 4 children. In this observation I believe that peer run recovery is not the best idea as it is obvious that most (80%) of person who are recovered addicts have a drug induced mental illness that is not managed properly. Just my observation. And no my daughter is not getting any help and I am exhausted/burned out.

01:16:21
How should you handle if you come across counterfeit pills….gloves and law enforcement?

01:17:11
Ebony - thank you for sharing your experience and perspective. I have some good contacts in Arizona and will connect with you offline if it would be helpful. Please feel free to email me jean.bennett@samhsa.hhs.gov

01:17:56
As Peer Support with EMS, our agency has deactivator kits for pills

01:17:58
descamilla@pdcnv.org

01:18:46
Noelle, where do you procure these kits?

01:18:52
Sean will answer next Debbie and we can work on this as an idea to implement if we want to increase awareness and sharing of the campaign info.

01:19:01
for those of you who don't want to stick around for the rest of the conversation. We would really appreciate everyone taking the evaluation.

01:19:04

01:20:35
yes!!

01:20:54
👏

01:21:10
Maybe there should be the hiring of person with feet on the ground experience that actually have seen and experienced this first hand.

01:21:16
Has there been a focus to present information to ER Settings?

01:21:43
Our local public Health Departments in Oregon lack funding and staff. This has placed the addiction prevention and awareness on BH entities and other agencgies.

01:21:51
thanks

01:22:14
Acknowledged @ Marie G

01:22:28
Thank you from Muhlenberg Job Corps in KY

01:22:35
Do you have any stats on how many Narcan doses are needed with Fentanyl overdoses

01:23:05
I would love to have you provide this presentation to all of the Job Corps staff and operators and allow them to ask questions specific to our program. Feel free to reach out to me at cole.francis@dol.gov

01:23:21
Any insight to how JC centers could resource Narcan without the high expense?

01:23:26
Jennifer - If you think the idea about repeating the webinar recording and adding a Q&A for public health we can work with our counterparts in Region 10 to make this happen.

01:23:47
We also distribute Narcan in the community, I saw that people can request Narcan for free at major pharmacies as well, and our entire community uses it

01:23:59
Thank you so much for this information!
