Hi Pin - thanks for this, Yes the second trial I referred to was with FB so we trained CATS in Problem Solving Therapy (enhanced counselling) and compared that with CATS with no PST. Mental health improved in both arms but more so where there was enhanced counselling. Main results paper hopefully published soon. In summary, enhanced counselling which focused on problems in general (not just ART and adherence) was beneficial, although rigid adherence to PST was challenging, mainly because young people’s ‘problems’ were often beyond their capacity to resolve alone. So CATS modified it to problem discuss. Therapy then referral to others for additional services. Hope this helps
