What is the definition of Level 4? and Does this apply to new construction?

I'm assuming this is based on weight? How do you account for the weight of donated materials? cabinets for an example

What happens to un-refunded dollars from the refundable deposits?

How do you base square footage if we are doing selective deconstruction?

I work for a tree company. Would the wood we remove from a removal or pruning project be considered "clean wood?"

On the form for inputing estimated weights at the beginning of the project, it would be helpful if you had approximate weights for materials, i.e.. 1 cubic ft of cardboard weighs 5 lbs, 1 cubic ft of concrete weighs 12lbs, etc.

If materials are reused within the project, how ae they counted?

how are remodel (vs deconstruction or demo) projects classified in boulder county, and are they subject to the 75% rule?

What about recycling and diversion in construction process? What are the 2020 requirements?

Are windows and doors a part of this 50% of exterior walls threshold? If you're only removing a small portion of wall but all the windows and doors and that's greater than 50%. Does it apply?

If you are only enlarging or moving windows in a wall, does that count as demo?

what about taking a roof off?

Will there be a way to reconcile the initial estimated weight with the actual scaled weight - assuming that all of the anticipated deconstruction materials are actually diverted? I would think that 'guessing' the weight will most likely be less than accurate...

So if I have a 1499 sq foot and I deposit 1500 can I just for go the deposit. And take everything to the land fill. And lose my deposit?

How do I know the weight of the entire project. In order to fulfill the % of reuse / recycle
