Also, there is no law that prohibits us who have or will expatriate from then forming trusts in partnerships with those who choose to remain either BT Citizens or Municipal citizens. Not for profits as well. If the goal is to use the funds to help others, I think God will provide a way to do so.

We had sent to Yavapai county at one pt but they sent them back and stated statutes that were violated or not met and would not file them :(

I was reading last night that for a worse case scenario one could mail the documents necessary to oneself by Registered mail if they're having trouble getting them recorded and then not opening them after receiving them as the mailings would have been recorded with extensions on them.

Would anyone know the steps necessary to order Apostilles for travel anywhere outside of the hague for identification purposes as the STATE OF CALIFORNIA began putting a demarcation on Certified Copies of Birth Certificates around 2007 so that they could not be used for one to identify oneself with.

in new york we have the "unified court system." you can get declatory judgements to get the bad guys to tell you what you want to know. btw, anna's iteration method works to get the magi to run out of "court"

Recording your docs with the bankrupt county clerk, is basically giving public announcement on the record of whatever it is that you are recording.So instead you are using a postal registration number on your documents. The post office is gold backed and not bankrupt.Before you seal your docs in a sturdy manilla envelope and mail them through the postal system to yourself hereby recording your registration number for posterity, you have made copies of your docs which all include the postal registration number.Now you place an ad in the local newspaper giving public announcement of your documents recorded under your postal registration number for anyone to be able to track.After 3 months of consecutive monthly publishing, the newspaper gives you a certificate of publication.In the meantime you receive your registered mail package and do not open it but save it only to be opened in a public court in front of a judge and only if absolutely necessary. We have Peter in Montana carrying in docs for Land recording for Flathead County Montana. Peter catches any of the basic errors and communicates so it can get corrected in the least amount of time etc.
