When our patients are "non-compliant" we need to view it as OUR failure (as health care providers/system) and not the other way around. We need to provide care that is valued by our patients.

Hi Paige. Great question. Families have expressed the need to feel like their providers care about them and they are not just a number. They expressed the need to not feel rushed and to be treated like human beings with a family and history. They wanted their birth control options to be explained fully including side effects
