Robert and I discussed how so many students are not afforded the same opportunities, so it is vital for teachers to give students what THEY need to reach their potential. If we help to remove barriers and obstacles from our students, then they will ALL be able to enjoy living to their potential.

We need to keep in mind that many of our students have several barriers at home. Some can't find a quiet place to learn. Some have younger siblings that keep trying to play with them.
