50% RH in Illinois seems too low and would take a lot of energy. 55-65% is what we see more regularly on campus for comfort in the peak of summer and usually starts to max out the cooling coil.

I like a goal of 800 ppm CO2, but could you mention 700 above outdoor or 1100 is acceptable at brief peaks too.

Sharon, could you comment on the future of contaminant measurement technology and their potential for raising awareness of IAQ issues?
