Hi Jonathan, I'm sure you'll touch on it, but slightly worried about your comments earlier to AELP about Traineeships having elements of Apprenticeships in them? Could completely stop someone joining a 365 day App if they have 5% of KSBs before they start because they won't hit minimum duration...

Except non-levy employers can only have 10 Apps on the Service at once, so it's not really unlimited...

Not many 16/17 year olds are eligible for UC. Can there be clearer guidance on how this age group ca be in the Kickstart Scheme. Many thanks.

Some land based providers have highlighted a gap in terms of agriculture and environmental courses on high value courses - is there any chance of revisiting some of these key areas?

So you cannot start an apprentice & use the Kick Start scheme? Therefore cannot claim the new additional incentives & have wages paid for 6 months?

A question re National Careers Service as this is for post 18, not our school leavers and year 12s and some year 13s. Will it be relaxed so that younger people can contact them? - school and FE hols creates a gap for this age group. Advice welcome, thank you.

Morning all, my concern is that students on L1 - L3 study programmes who require work experience as part of their study programme appear to be 'bottom of the pile' so to speak as there are no current financial incentives for employers to host these kind of placements. Will any of these incentives due to be introduced support work experience for these learners?

We are concerned that the kickstart scheme will adversely impact our new starts for apprenticeships in 2020/21

Will the new incentives payments be paid directly to the employer or come through the training provider as the current £1000 incentive payment does?

Please can you confirm then, if someone is employed on a part time basis, such as a Saturday job, & the employer then wants to take them on full time & put them on an apprenticeship, will the employer be able to claim the new additional incentives or not?

The Saturday job question is really crucial for young people, please can this be clarified today? Thank you
