Have the pre-apps been reviewed for meeting baseline/threshold requirements? Or has the pre-app info simply been uploaded and won't be screened until the full app has been reviewed?

On the “Rents and Incomes” tab, when I input information on the first line, it shows the “maximum program allowable rent” as $922, regardless of the # of BR, size or AMI included. Can you explain what that means?

If a project is only a portion of a tax lot, should we include just the acreage that is committed to the project or the entire tax lot?

regarding the pre-app review, I think part of the question is less if what's in there will be "held against us" and more if we will get feedback on any items that as submitted need to change in order to qualify
