Infection Prevention and control is th key of succes fighthing Covid-19
The are no good Triage system In developing contries.
supply chain management Is fake In African countries.
Quality control test does not exist In Mali and many countries In Africa
Strategy will be focus on health care providers training around the word with a large scale inclusion of workers in the hospital.
The key takeaway was x6 gain using the TOT
Opportunities for improvement especially on resources needed to formalize cascading is my key take away from today's session.
but the key to getting those results were : 1. diversity of sites (1-3 per site); 2. supportive supervision; 3. engagement in the virtual COP i.e., those in the initial training were part of the community as those who received cascade training
Thanks Angella - Mathew has also completed to interviews with the TOT participants to see what the facilitators and barriers to cascade training were - please feel free to reach out to him
A good project to Increase capacity testing or make a laboratory project will be great.
Thank you so much
