It is always a good thing to learn from the past and beware how in the present we are making the future based on how we react to one another. The truth is history in the family and the world are constantly repeating themselves and yet there is only 1 to make the change to mindfulness and hopefully someone who is not will change the other people in their surrounding and change like a ripple effect.
