Why has the EPA not set limits on Air Toxics?

Does Colorado think its hands are tied, or is it a way to escape the increased costs that will come with additional regulation. Is it possible that Colorado with an economy tied to oil and gas, as well as other business like that hospital sterilization facility, are concerned these enterprises will perhaps want to go elsewhere?

Do you have bipartisan support for these bills?

I also hear about the impact of "aroma" pollution. I am not clear if particulates are a part of that, but that smell alone can be detrimental

Please explain the permitting process more? What leverage does the legislature have? Who else has influence?

I’m with 350 Colorado; what is the most useful thing we can do in 2022?

Jobs are important. The medical sterilizing company is likely an important employer. Is it possible to sterilize med equipment without polluting? Is it possible to refine oil without polluting? What is the hit on jobs?

Are our Front Range air patterns contributing to the problems? Air inversions and heat domes?
