technical question: are DPF’s easily interchangeable between equptment? Wondering if construction companies could possibly withold the DPF’s for agency funded projects, which would not push the market toward cleaner construction

For a future look at projects, budget documents are always publicly available and will list projects that are known and planned

Since there is this proposal to update the standard in Port of Pdx, Mult. Co, Metro, WA County, do you know if there plans for other jurisdictions (i.e. Clackamas County) to adopt this standard once it has been developed? What are the implications of dirtier equipment going to areas that do not have this standard?
