Most of us are unionized. I’m hearing that we have to go through our union first. And the unions are not supporting us

If your employer offers the vaccine or a negative rapid test, do you have to ask for a exemption or can you just choose the test. And Can you ask for an religious exemption for the rapid test?

Did Carol Crosson have any advice on what to say when staff are being talked to about why they aren’t vaccinated after oct 16?

My son's school is saying that you may recieve an exception, but may still be required to do rapid testing. The cost of this over the course of a year is astrinomical!

I am a contractor, I work for Primco but I am contracted to CNRL , who do I send my exemption to? I haven’t heard anything from my HR

How can we get a religious exemption to provide for something like yoga. The GOA mandates only mention medical exemptions.

I have spoke to someone in AHS who has submitted the original form (can't remember the number) and they were then asked to fill out a more detailed form with what religion, if you had previous vaccines etc.

Many of us don’t have the funds to engage in a long legal battle to take it to the end. Even as a group most lawyers want a retainer of $5,000 to start. Any advice there?

Is there a way that we could get our employer to pay for this testing instead of out of our own pockets?

If an employer is served with court papers, can the employer still move forward with putting a person on unpaid leave of absence? Or must they wait until the courts make their decision?

Hahahahahaha. No one ever saves the social workers. I have just been biding my time. I am here to help once I get my feet on the ground if I can - but I can start with my own tomorrow. I have nothing to lose - lol. They have made it incredibly difficult to just do my job. It’s not about the money - its about the ethics and moral bankruptcy we are facing from all employers.
