Question on occupancy - could you have 25% capacity indoors and 50 people outside? Or do you have to choose one or the other? And do staff count in the occupancy number limits?

Indoor and outdoor capacity are separate. Therefore, if your county is in the High Risk category, you can up 75 guests outside, and 25% of occupancy or 50 guests inside.

I don’t believe staff counts in the capacity limits.

my understanding is that owners & their family don’t qualify ... a lot of small, family wineries. ugh
