In a foreclosure situation where the tenant has received notice from the Bank that the property will be auctioned/sold in less than 30 days October 5th and his lease contract is valid till December 31 .. what will happen? doe she need to start preparing to move out ? Is there any protection to the tenant ? will the contract be honored ?

Many Landlords affected in this pandemic are just families whom bought a second property which is mortgaged and cannot pay their mortgage because they rely on tenants payment to pay mo9rtgage etc
