Do you have rituals that you use?
My morning ritual is a cup of green tea in my gorgeous intrinsic mug, it helps me to start the day off in a special way
definitely... I try to do meditation as soon as I get up or even before plus do my gratitude, and my stretches...the times I don't I don't feel as positive during the day...
Is journaling something that you have been practicing?
I have done, but need to get back into journaling again :-)
I would not have got through the last 7 weeks without my mindfulness practice

What type of movement do you like to do? Mine is dance, such as Shbam and Zumba etc
Is there a value that you have that you could align movement too?
I'm thinking about a core value of collaboration - walking plus chatting with someone else on how we might be able to work together...

To meet our emotional needs, we outsource to food (or other substances) - I haven't heard that before and it really resonates with me. thank you
