Hi Rachael - My suggestion would be to source either an external HR consultant or employment lawyer in Australia that can look at your particular situation (eg industrial instruments, etc) and then guide you on how the meeting the Australian employment legislation. I would get your head office on board before embarking down this path. Happy to chat further if you need to tease this out more.

I may have a tip in reference to screening and vetting re recruitment
Rachael Runner
01:16:52
It may seem a little crazy but it works. I was advised from a centrelink person when I was out of work for a period of 13 weeks. At the end of you CV/Resume put a list of reference words, key words from advertisements and the job that you are looking for. It will be in black font. Change it to white font so it can not be seen. When the recruitment agency receives your CV/resume in whatever way (website upload or via email) the vetting and screening process will pick up on the words to get you pushed through to the first pick as part of the process of top 10-30 that they want to take to the next step. MAke sure the font is white though so as not seen.
