Yes. This is historical trauma and causes reservations. How do we trust the process today?

Thank you for this presentation. I do have a question; I am a resident of California, and my 93 year old mother lives in Monroe County, Rochester. She is dealing with congestive heart failure. If I go to visit her, is it more important that SHE be vaccinated, or that I myself am vaccinated? Obviously, ideally, BOTH should be vaccinated. I am just trying to determine what scenarios are acceptable for her to have me fly out and visit her in her home? Thank you.
