I'd love to have one of the folks talk about how they support folks who are getting a job navigate or understand a potential drop of benefits. What are the biggest concerns of your customers and how do you walk them through possible solutions?
Great point from Cecilia - my presentation only dealt with State benefits. There’s obviously this layer of local benefits (e.g. water assistance) that also comes into play
Question for Cecilia, Paul, and Jessica: is there a specific concern that you hear most often from clients? That is keeping individuals from pursing work, or more hours?
