I have a question. Has any organization that you know of moved their money from a standard bank savings account, which does not have a very high interest rate, into their endowment fund?

How do you avoid cannibalizing operating funds when appealing to donors to give to the endowment?

Where might I find examples of outreach initiatives for estate gifts to an endowment fund?
