You can send you LOI far in advance, but minimum 1 week before timeline. If you want feedback, you need to have LOI AND draft finished minimum 3 weeks in advance.

If we have programs that run on dates of training, can we send a board member?

Do we need to submit an LOI for the capacity building grant too?

In terms of the workshops, does the same person have to attend the sessions

Is the capacity building grant a stand alone grant?- can a CBO apply for only that (or it has to be in addition to an application for another grant?)
