I was thinking of something like we did with hypergeometric functions for the steady state case... seems to me it would be a fairly trivial extension since conservation is preserved over time and the result is pointwise. need to think about it though..?

Thank you for your question. It was not measured through the experiment. We only know the level of interaction, but it did not give the parameter epsilon. So what we did was try multiple epsilon to make sure the interaction is weak but strong enough to form some complexes.
