We should loop in the Land Trust Alliance and local land trusts. Their relationships with existing conservation land owners could be a whole portfolio of property to approach about installing these additional conservation practices.

For unforested parcels, FCA has a minimum afforestation requirement, not just mitigating clearing of forest areas.

Please also think about school grounds as locations for planting. The move toward greening school grounds provides a potential source of capital money and locations to plant trees!
