Note: Courses in the visual arts could include classes like photography, ceramics, sculpture, craft. digital media and more. These are not just standards for the traditional Art I, Art II, etc.
I have used Pixlr and Vectr to create digital images with students.
Lunapic has a lot of Photoshop capabilities
