What attendance records/track and trace methods have people used? (Any apps beyond google docs?)

We use Doodle polls to ask people to book in advance and separately, answer the screening questions. This gives our attendance records

We’ve used FIXR where people buy tickets and do screening questions and then I had FIXR entry manager where I scanned their tickets and then had an attendance record

We used a google form that had to be completed in advance. These were collated by our Covid officers. We then took temperatures and verbally checked no changes outside the venue.

We used Spond for people to sign up and to communicate to everyone. This allowed us to have multiple “Groups of 6” sessions set up.

For the Screening questions we used google forms.

strongly agree with 3 v 3 Kev - we have mostly done that rather than 4 v 4 - much easier to manage but still feels “normal”
