Who’s doing the training in your organization? Program staff? IT staff? Dedicated training staff? This is a question for Joanne and others on the call.

What are some good tools for orgs to look at to build these knowledge bases? Particularly any free ones...

My organization uses Google Apps, so I'm building an intranet using Google Sites which is included with Google Apps.

Other things to consider with online portals- security. Who do you want to access it?

Screen sharing is great. I've had to facetime first to help someone get into the screen share.

Is there a way folks on this call to share cheat sheets/guides for teams , especially the basics? Or their FAQs on how to use teams?

Should we have a webinar on Teams, specifically? For folks to share what they are doing or have questions on?

Big challenge we're dealing with on our organization- not all of our staff have access to stable wifi at home. It's hard to remotely troubleshoot home wifi networks, so I sent out this list of top 10 ways to boost wifi to our staff so they can troubleshoot on their own at home.
