Totally agree about intersectionality. We sometimes need to educate supporters and senior leaders to be champions and advocates. What are the thoughts about reverse mentoring?
I’ve been a reverse mentor for years and it’s a really powerful tool in large organisations. It takes the concept of “real models” and allows it to go to the next step.
I will happily volunteer myself for reverse mentoring!
A link to the report Grace mentioned will be shared toward the end of the session, which has tips on inclusion.
A HUGE thank you to all of the speakers for giving your time to this session. Thank you Jane for fantastic moderating as well. For those interested, here is a link to the Virtual Inclusion report mentioned during the call.
