28:54
How was the 5% determined as the cut off for comprehensive support?

29:33
5% statewide, yes? Not lowest 5% per district?

29:54
Was there some research ESSA used to set the 5%?

30:11
Is the identification for this years testing period last spring or from 2019?

31:14
For Graduation Rates, it was mentioned (I believe) that 4 and 7 year rates are used. Is it only the 4 and 7 or the best of the 4,5,6 or 7 year rates?

31:18
How much reduction is needed for chronic absenteeism? And, how is the COVID impact accounted for?

33:02
For graduation rates, does CDE include early graduation?

33:10
If I understand correctly, SPFs will not have the growth measure this year. So then ESSA's calculations will be missing growth as well?

36:12
Super FUN Erin

39:54
Erin, How will the CS requirements fit into the new UIP PIlot template?

40:09
Paul- and any one else interested- Performance Frameworks will include growth. For additional information about accountability 2022 this webinar may be helpful: www.cde.state.co.us/uip/uip_training

40:57
There is a webinar presented recorded with PPT to describe what is coming this year.

41:05
How do we find out how many years our schools have been identified?

41:58
Here is the link to the recorded webinar: https://vimeo.com/727425343. This resource also provide additional information about accountability in 2022: https://www.cde.state.co.us/accountability/accountabilityfaq#B

45:20
Angela - ESSA Identification lists are available on our ESSA Methods and Criteria webpage (http://www.cde.state.co.us/fedprograms/essa_csi_tsi), which can be utilized to determine the number of years a school has been identified. In addition, districts receive a School Profile for each ESSA identified school (via Syncplicity) which shows their identification status across the years.

46:23
How does the pause in accountability over the past couple years impact the required minimum of 3 years for CS schools?

51:38
Angela - As part of the waivers received, schools identified for CS or TS in the 2019-20 school year maintained their identification for SY 2020-21 and SY 2021-22. Given the limited availability of assessment data due to the COVID-19 pandemic, those school years do not contribute to the number of years for which a school was identified (or the number of years in which a school must meet exit criteria).

52:07
Thanks for this info, Tina

54:48
Love the table!

01:00:07
Is there a historical ESSA Identification list available that shows all years of ID since the ID started. Or would someone need to access each individual year?

01:12:38
Are these in person?

01:13:44
Mitzi - ESSA identification lists for each individual year are available on the ESSA Methods and Criteria webpage (http://www.cde.state.co.us/fedprograms/essa_csi_tsi). For a historical look at a school's individual ESSA identification across years, we encourage you to look at the ESSA School Profiles you would have received via Syncplicity.

01:13:47

01:15:18
Tina - Who receives access to the ESSA School Profiles in Syncplicity?

01:15:19
I apologize if I missed this, I had to came in late: When and how will we know which schools came off of CS status, which schools are new to CS, etc.? Where do I find this information? Thanks!

01:16:11
The ESSA School Profiles are sent to Superintendents and District Accountability contacts.

01:16:21
Thanks, Tina!

01:16:57
Do the schools receive a letter or does the district?

01:17:06
Thank you!

01:17:18
It has always come to the district.

01:17:25
Perfect, thank you.

01:17:33

01:17:38

01:17:44

01:17:52

01:18:49

01:20:07
Please state the timeline on the letter Tina just mentioned.

01:20:13
Mid-September seems later than most trainings, how do we know which of the future trainings should we go to?

01:20:33
Hi, Erin!

01:20:50
Ditto David's question

01:21:31
Sorry, please state again the timing of the letters?

01:21:42
Great. So are you still suggesting that the letters will be sent mid-September?

01:22:18
The earlier the better, but I certainly understand how busy/crazy the times are. Thanks, team.

01:23:31
