Yes but some in rural have no internet w/o paying 20k to dig cables. Kids do have phones. 1 problem, I am vocational , home school chrome book won’t let them access to our school software we are working on it.

We use Epic! during the school year. We like it because they have original titles that are leveled readers, as well as familiar titles. Rivet is another leveled reader site.
