Please reach out to Scott for working on the idea he pitched around creating the doc based on this RFC

I have a question to Scott. Will it be relevant to start filling the governance roles by each country separately? or should it be left for now?

It might be possible to fork the document to make it specific to the country and then we review together for any variances

(I know you that you asked Scott - I merely wanted to highlight that the local variations can and needs to be recorded. We can use document forking/versioning to do that)

Isn't the purpose to define a generic framework? Individual (country or other jurisdiction) instances are ToIP "profiles"

I think Scott asked two questions (at least):1) consider how the Assurance document might fit into the deliverables framework (or not)2) consider the X.509 RFC and how its structure might inform our approach. But perhaps we should ask Scott to confirm! :)
