The time zone problem is often overlooked and it catches people out in terms of worklife balance.
One of my clients is a Global Sales Director with a young family. He has to start early to pick up the Far East and to work late for the US. His life is stressful and chaotic. Some countries work on our weekends too!
On the other hand 'shift working' is not a new thing!
