I did a huge posterboard with positive statements on post-it notes on it next to the teacher mailboxes. At the top, it said “take what you need, and leave what you have” - teachers could take post-it notes that spoke to them, and leave other encouragement stickies for others to take.

During my 2nd grade class’ afternoon check-ins we would get into a circle and students would shout out someone they saw showing kindness that day

Our counselors do self care bingo, and we have a board where kids can write notes to others and post them on that board. We also let kids and teachers give shout outs to anyone during afternoon announcements.
